If for any reason you are unable to attend a live class but don’t want to miss out, I also offer the option of recored classes that you can do at home, in your own time, as often as you like and whenever it suits you.

The classes are one hour long each, cost £7 for two, and are valid for 7 days. They get sent out as links every Sunday morning and expire the following Saturday night.
